I like the product.
I have an issue with the stated amount of days to ship…..the 4 days became 8 days….not dependable for specific birthdays or namedays.
When attempting to track, USPS stated they were awaiting the package to mail….there was a tracking number but no product….I interpreted that as a LAGMA issue. Product did not leave LA until 4 days after ordering.
I agreed to accept the option where I wouldn’t have to fill in credit card info with every new order but that proved not to be the case. On one order it automatically billed the person I was shipping it to after I had paid. I texted that needed to be corrected and received a text stating “will do”. Hope it was.
I ordered 3 tubs of μουστοκούλουρα for myself. When I opened the box, the lid on one was ajar with one cookie and crumbs in the cushioning paper and box.
The 2 day in state mailing also proved not to be the case.
With Amazon if there are questions I can always call and speak to someone. With LAGMA that is not always the case.
I wanted some Greek extra virgin olive oil and know that those prices have gone up but was not ready to pay $165.00 for the amount I wanted so I went to Costco and paid $26.00 for Italian extra virgin.
