Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or orders over a certain amount — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

4. Local Delivery (Los Angeles Only)

Perishable products that require refrigeration (e.g., cheeses, dips, or anything labeled "Keep Refrigerated") are currently available only for local delivery in the Los Angeles area.
If your order includes such items and your shipping address is outside our local delivery zone, your order may be canceled or modified. We'll contact you in such cases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all shipping timelines, but delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume 
  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays or peak seasons

We are not liable for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier. If you experience issues with delivery, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lagreekmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

8. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale partners, please place orders via our Faire page. Wholesale shipping policies, delivery timelines, and minimum order quantities may differ from retail orders.
