How to brew (Greek briki method)

1. Add one demitasse cup of cold water per serving to the briki.
2. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of BRAVO coffee per cup (sugar to taste).
3. Stir well before heating; do not stir once it starts warming.
4. Heat on medium-low until the foam (kaimaki) gently rises—do not boil.
5. Pour slowly to share the foam and enjoy.

Storage: Reseal tightly and keep in a cool, dry place.
